Chose to Make a commitment to Love Yourself Completely and Unconditionally for 21 days in a row.
The 21 Day Challenge Mission: To recognize and release your habit of negative self-talk and create the habit of loving and accepting yourself unconditionally
The21 Day Challenge Process: Place an I Love Me Enough wristband on either wrist. Made a commitment to yourself that for the next 21 days, each time you recognize that a negative self-talk program has started to play out loud or in your head, you will choose to stop, take a deep breath, transfer the wrist band to the opposite wrist, and reprogram yourself by saying out loud "I Love and Accept Myself Unconditionally." 
The goal of the 21 Day Challenge is to go 21 Days without changing your wristband. Each day you catch yourself engaged in negative self-talk that requires you change your wristband is a day you have to repeat. 

When you have successfully completed 21 days without engaging in negative self-talk….Congratulations to You!... you have successfully created a new habit of being in a healthy relationship with you. (It takes 21 days to break or make a new habit.)
